The mat can hold up to 275 lbs and is designed to be portable and easy to store.

How do I set up the backrest?
The backrest can be easily configured in seconds — simply prop it up for back support during sitting, or fold it flat when you want a traditional prayer surface. No tools or assembly required.

What sizes are available?
Our prayer mats come in a standard size suitable for adults. Please refer to individual product listings for exact dimensions.

Do the mats come in different colours?
Yes! We offer a variety of colours. Some clearance items may be assigned a random colour — this will be noted clearly on the product listing.

Are the mats easy to clean?
Yes, our mats can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth. We recommend avoiding machine washing to preserve the quality and shape of the mat.

Where do you ship to?
We ship across Canada and the United States.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location but generally take 3–7 business days within Canada and the USA.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate requests before the order is shipped.

Returns & Refund Policy

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.

How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, please contact us at info@houseofadam.ca with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please allow your payment provider or bank additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, colour preference, or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us before returning it. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Clearance Items

Our Clearance Prayer Mats are sold at a discounted price because they may have minor cosmetic imperfections, bends, creases, stitching variations, or colour variations, as described on the product page.

Clearance mats are fully usable for prayer, but customers should expect cosmetic imperfections.

Because these imperfections are disclosed before purchase, we do not accept returns based solely on the disclosed cosmetic imperfections or colour received.

Clearance mats are also randomly selected, so customers cannot choose the colour.

However, if a clearance item arrives with a problem that goes beyond the imperfections described on the product page, please contact us and we will be happy to review the situation.
